	No. These actually are different things.
	Mouko and Moko has been a point of contention before, but might be
thought to be the same, for the reasons of differing romanizations. But ko
and ka are definitely different sounds in Japanese. Same deal with shi and
chi.
	Come on, guys. True, there's no such thing as a direct, completely
accurate romanization of a language that doesn't use Western alphabet 
characters, but that's not an excuse to be sloppy.
