I was looking for some various information, and some time spent
webcrawling didn't find me what I sought, so I figured I'd ask here...
Regarding University-studies in Japan:
First of all, how do they "generally" work? Ie, what type of
"programs" are available? (I suspect it may be similar to the american
system, but I'm not familiar with that, either). If you go to one of
the most high-status universities and study something, well, high-status
there, what would that probably be?
Also... Most systems have some type of "fun-and-games" (*coughcough*)
type introduction the first (few) week(s) of university studies, and I
suspect that it is present in some form in Japan, too ... does anyone
have any ideas how it usually works, there?
