That was pretty good so far. But I have a question for you.
What is this obsession every MIB crossover writer seems to have
with writing out full names for the MIBs? They only use their
intials ("Zed" is the British term for the letter "Z" and he's
the only one who uses a 'fancy' form of his name.) The other
MIBs in the movie were D (the old man who's gun jammed at the
beginning.) who was replaced by J (formerly James Darryl
Edwards), his partner was K and he was later replaced by L
(formerly Laurel Weaver). The MIB who needed a sponge for his
pickup was B.

Hmm... you know, I never actually thought about that. Now, I can't answer
for other writers, but for myself, when I typed out some dialog with just
the letters I hated the way it looked. Also, and this may be an eccentric
quirk unique to me, I read the story aloud when I'm proofreading it... as if
I were telling the story to someone. (You wouldn't believe how glaringly
some dialog mistakes stand out when you do that.) J _is_ Jay and so on when
you do it that way. Ahem, I know it's not a _great_ reason, but it's the
one I've got... *grin*
