Some people have asked to submit fanfics that are either about to be
rewritten or that are not finished.  The point of Draxon's Review Corner is
to let the general fanfic-reading public know which stories are hot and
which stories are not (with constructive C&C thrown in to make it worthwhile
for the authors involved)

We don't "tear an author up in front of the FFML" but we also want reviews
that wont be outdated in a week.  That means accepting finished (Or close to
finished) work.  Give us a while and we will look into a pure C&C operation
as an option for expanding our commentary to the developmental level.  For
now, I want to keep it simple.
