This was interesting, but i don't think the students have the power to 
throw out anyone that they want from a dorm based on defiance of 
student-enforced rules like having to take messages or join a club.

Just a note:
In the very first episode of Ah, My Goddess.  Nearly the same thing 
happens to Keichi as happened to Tenchi about being thrown out.

Question, was the No Girls In the Men's Dormitory rule a 
student-enforced rule or a school-enforced rule?
