first, another comment on the dorm rules thing
I'm going under the assumption that its a school rule because I 
incorporated a similar idea into Ryoko and Tenchi's discussion after he 
gets thrown out

second, thanks to all who commented.  Now that I have some idea what I'm 
doing wrong, some corrections will be in order
