Wisconsin, actually.  And since Toronto is on a major waterline, if there's
been sufficient global flooding to inundate Panama, wouldn't the St. Lawrence
seaway be one Great Lake? (Lucky Michigan has some mountains still...)

Hmm.  Good point.  Maybe it's actually Toronto-3...:)
 

Strangely enough in my eva-self insert I pretty much messed up Toronto.
 Since the Great Lakes are also on a nasty volcanic fault I assumed that
something as "nasty" as 3rd impact would cause a lot of shifting...
 -we actually got a quake (a baby) up here in Sept.
 and also about 7 years ago wwhen I was living in the York U res.
 It woke me up and as I got to my feet (6th floor) made the concrete do a
jello-jiggle sort of action.
 I was out of there in record time :)

 Anyway,  even if some of Totonto "slipped" I'm guessing it would manily
stop at the Scarbrough bluffs....with damage radiating outward...

 -as for the self-insert (still re-working part 1) "I" was found in a 
caved in sub-basement of the "Space Sciences" dept. (not a real dept as
most of the classes for this degree are all over campus.
