(This is a fic filled with a lot of happenings that you may not want to
occur, NO! it's not  a lemon! It's a fic that may piss you off, considering
what's going to happen to the gang. Anyway, read on, ye of brave heart and

 RANMA � and ALIENS CROSSOVER:
       DEATH And SACRIFICE

  If someone had been looking towards the sky, they would have seen a
bright flash of light and something that looked like a shooting star.
Except that this star was falling towards the earth. 

Inside the so called shooting star, which was in fact some sort of
starship, it was a scene of destruction and chaos. There were several
panicked humanoids inside. They looked just like humans except that they
had blue skin and pointed ears. Most of them were dead, the others were
shouting  desperately in their language.(for the purpose of the story, we
will translate.)

<" Commander! The landing repulsors are down!"> shouted one of the
surviving crew members. 

<"Sir! I've lost control of navigation!"> screamed another.

<"Damage control systems can't keep up!"> reported still another crew
member before his console exploded, killing him instantly. <"AAAAA!!!">

<"What about the cargo?"> asked the commander calmly. 

The first crew member looked at his console, which was spewing sparks
dangerously. He grew even paler than he was earlier. <"Sir, the cargo.....
they're loose.">

The commander's calm demeanor was shattered. <"No! It can't be....">

<"Commander! Thirty seconds to impact.">

<"Brace for impact!"> shouted the commander to his remaining crew. <"And
may the people of this world forgive us."> He whispered just before the
world went black.

Somewhere in Japan, in a heavily forested area, there is a small band of
people camping. There are several tents in the campsite and some of the
people seemed to be sparring. Two male teenagers were duking it out rather
roughly. The two male teenagers were fighting so quickly that they were a
blur. But a person could still tell who was who by the bandanna that was
wound around one of the teenagers' head. The other fighter was identifiable
by the red Chinese shirt that he wore. That and his constant taunting.

"I can't believe you got us lost Ryouga!" shouted Ranma as he executed a
kick and punch combination. 

"It's not my fault Ranma!" retorted Ryouga while he blocked the kick,
dodged the punch and retaliated with a roundhouse kick. 

Ranma ducked beneath the kick and foot swept Ryouga. "Sure it wasn't
Ryouga! That's the last time I let that tomboy Akane talk me into letting
you guide us." He said as he got into a fighting stance to wait for Ryouga
to get up. Only to get hit in the back of his head with a frying pan.
<<<WHAM!!!!!>>> Sending Ranma sprawling.

" RANMA NO BAKA" shouted Akane, a bright blue aura surrounding her as she
moved towards Ranma. 

"Akane! wait a sec!" said Ranma desperately, waving his hands in front of
him. 

While this was happening, the two girls who had been tending the fire and
cooking dinner looked at the source of the disturbance. One had long purple
hair while the other had long black hair and a large spatula strapped to
her back. "Ai ya! No let violent girl hurt ai ren!" said Shampoo, the
purple haired girl, as she headed towards the fighters, bringing out her
bonbori from out of nowhere. 
Ukyou, the girl with the long black hair, blinked then sighed and
unstrapped her BFS(Big F_ _  _ _ _ _g Spatula!) and also headed toward the
fighters. 

A teenager wearing thick spectacles and a long Chinese robe  came out of
the forest carrying firewood. Seeing Shampoo run towards Ranma, he dropped
his load and said: "Shampoo! Let me protect you as you fight!" Running
towards them he brandishes a scimitar in one hand and several long knives
in the other. 

Wondering what all the noise was about, Genma got out of his tent and saw
the chaos ensuing. He sighed. " I knew this training trip was going to be a
problem." He thought to himself. "If only Cologne hadn't found out about
it, this training trip would have been a perfect opportunity for Ranma and
Akane to get together, but when Cologne found out, that Shampoo girl found
out and wanted to come along, then so did Mousse, Ryouga, Ukyou and
Happousai."  Genma shook his head and sighed again. "Too bad Soun couldn't
come, I could use a game of shogi right about  now." 

By now, Akane was busy fighting Shampoo while Mousse and Ryouga were
teaming up on Ranma. Ukyou was trying to pry Happoussai, who had appeared
from out of nowhere, from her chest with her BFS.

Cologne had joined Genma in watching the chaos. "I am surprised that you do
not join the fight." Cologne said. 

"A true martial artist knows when and when not to fight." Genma said
proudly. 

"Oh? And are you a true martial artist?" She retorted.

Before Genma could reply, he sensed something. Evidently so did Cologne and
the rest of the group. Everyone suddenly looked towards the sky, where a
huge fireball seemed to be falling straight towards them! Everyone
scattered, trying to get away from the incoming fireball. Ranma, noticing
that Akane wasn't running fast enough, quickly grabbed her and leaped  away
from the campsite. The others, who were also masters of the amazing
super-jump, also leaped as far away as they could. A second later, the
fireball struck the ground where they had been. There was a large explosion
and a flash of white light. 



 
  


Ranma was waking up, he seemed to be on top of something, something hard,
yet at the same time, pleasurably soft. Ranma got up, shaking his head so
to regain his senses when he realized with a shock what it was he had been
on top of. "A-Akane!" Half-expecting a mallet to the head Ranma panicked a
bit before realizing that she was unconscious. Concern overcame panic and
he bent down to check on her. "Akane! Are you alright? Speak to me!" Ranma
said, his last few words becoming a shout as he started to get worried.  

 The others were starting to stir. Ukyou had managed to get Happoussai off,
while Ryouga stood up and looked around. Mousse had lost his glasses in the
explosion and was trying to feel his way towards Shampoo,  who was shaking
her head and trying to get rid of the ringing in her head. "Ai Ya! Somebody
answer phone!" She exclaimed loudly. Cologne was tending to her 
granddaughter while Genma was getting up, blood on his arm. Evidently, he
hadn't been able to avoid the shrapnel and  rocks that the explosion had
sent flying. Happuossai was nowhere to be seen.

Ranma was holding Akane's shoulders and shaking her. "Akane! Wake up!
Please! Oh God, Akane!" He shouted. Akane started to stir. Ranma was
relieved, and quickly hugged Akane to his chest and shook a bit. Saying
over and over: "Akane, Akane, Akane, Akane."
When Akane finally recovered her senses, she noticed that somebody was
hugging her. Not that she minded much. It actually felt comfortable being
hugged like this. Then she realized WHO was hugging her and where they
were. "Ranma! Will you let go!" she said into his chest.  
Ranma, also realizing what he had been doing quickly but reluctantly let go
of Akane. "Um, You Okay?" he asked. Akane nodded.

The others who were nearer the campsite were already checking it out,
except for Happousai, who was still nowhere to be seen. The curiosity of
the others had gotten the better of them and they were looking at what was
once their campsite, except that it was now a crater with some sort of
burning... ship in it. 

After checking and making sure Akane was alright, Ranma lead her towards
the others. 
"Ranma! Where were you?" asked Ukyou as she caught site of the two. 
"AH! Ai ren is alright!" 
"Akane! I thought that you were hurt!" said Ryouga.
"It would take more than that to get rid of my son." Said Genma proudly but
with a grimace from the pain in his arm. 
"Pop! What happened to you?" asked Ranma.
Genma shrugged. "I didn't jump away quickly enough."
 While the others were talking, Cologne had checked the site and quickly
went back to the others. 
"This seems to be of extra-terrestrial origin." She said.
"What! You mean it's a U.F.O?" asked Mousse.
"To be more correct it's an Unidentified crashed object." Said Cologne
dryly. "But the way it's burning, there may be nothing left come the
morning, I would suggest that we try to put out the fire."
The others nodded. 
"All right then, let's get to work!"

A few hours later, through the extensive use of their many techniques and
physical capabilities, the fire was put out, despite Ryouga and Mousse's
uselessness due to their specific weaknesses. 

With the fire put out, the urge to explore the ship from outer space became
the foremost thought on everyone's mind. With no objections from anyone,
the band soon formed a line and entered the ship through one of the many
large holes in it, probably caused by the crash. Ranma took the lead,
followed by Akane, Ukyou, Ryouga, Shampoo, Mousse, Cologne and Genma. Ukyou
held on to Ryouga to make sure he wouldn't get lost while Mousse had found
a magnifying glass in his robe and was using it to help his vision. Mousse
had also thoughtfully provided several flashlights for the group to use in
the exploration.  

Inside the ship,it was quite dark, darker than the night sky. The ship was
also a mess. Debris was everywhere. The smell of burnt metal and something
else was in the air. 
"Boy, it sure stinks in here." Commented Ranma as he continued to lead the
way around the dark ship.
Cologne realized what the smell was and said grimly: "It's the smell of
death." The girls in the group shuddered at this. 
The band soon found some charred bodies. They were humanoid in appearance,
except that they had blue skin and pointy ears. "So that's what an alien
looks like." Said Ryouga. 
"Very interesting." Said Mousse as he continued to look at some of the
bodies which had not been burned to ashes. 
As the group continued to explore and go deeper into the huge ship, there
was some movement in the darkness. A  black  and oddly- shaped figure 
seemed to be observing the band.  

Deep into the ship, what had once seemed to be metal began to look
biological in nature.  The walls were covered in some sort of  green goo,
and the overall feeling of the area was that of some sort of insect hive. 
Humanoid bodies were trapped to the wall by the goo. There were a lot of
them.  Although some of the ship's lights seemed to work in this area,
Ranma and the others were starting to get apprehensive. "What the heck is
all this?" Ranma asked. "Why are their bodies stuck like that?"
Ryouga went near one of the bodies stuck to the wall. He was wondering what
had happened to these people, if they could be called people anyway.

  Akane was emptying the contents of her stomach to the floor.  Shampoo and
Ukyou looked as if they would do the same any minute now. Ranma tried to
comfort Akane. 

Mousse was in the rear now, near a dark corridor and was looking at another
of the bodies stuck to the wall anxiously. He was beginning to feel uneasy
about all this. He didn't see the figure rise from the darkness behind him
as it lunged towards him.

The others were getting rather creeped out also, and Ranma was about to
suggest that they try to get some of  the humanoids out of the slimy goo
when they heard a shout which was quickly silenced, and the sickening sound
of something being crushed. 

They all turned around towards the source of the noise. "Mousse!" screamed
Shampoo.

Mousse's body was limp, a black creature with an elongated, oblongish head,
a  mouth with sharp, jagged looking fangs that dripped a weird  looking
saliva and several arms with claws at the end. It also had a tail with a
sinister looking spike. The thing's jaws and claws were imbedded deeply
into Mousse's arms and neck.. Blood was flowing freely from Mousse's body.
>From the way that Mousse's head was hanging, it was obvious that he was
dead.

 "NOOOOO!!!!" said Shampoo as she jumped towards the thing. The others
quickly got into attack or defense positions.  That was when all hell broke
loose. 

Some of the bodies stuck to the wall began shivering and convulsing. One of
them even opened his eyes and shouted something in a different language
before something ripped out of his chest. His agonizing scream was heard by
the remaining members of the group. Soon, little  white versions of the
creature were everywhere. 

As Shampoo attacked, she heard the scream of the person stuck to the wall,
distracting her. The creature which had been biting Mousse, swung it's tail
at Shampoo. Shampoo quickly tried to dodge but the spike on the tail cut
her across her belly. "AAAAA!" shouted Shampoo in pain as she quickly
rolled away from the creature. Cologne went to her side and the two of them
prepared to destroy the creature.

 Ranma was quickly trying to kill as many of the white things as he could,
he managed to step on some and crushed them, but there was too many! One of
the things which had ripped out of the chest of the humanoids stuck to the
wall had somehow latched itself onto his father's face. 
"NNYYAARRRGGHH!!!!" shouted Genma, his hands trying desperately to pry the
creature from his face. Blood was flowing down his body. 
Ranma quickly went to his father, his own hands were on the parasite that
was connected to Genma's face. Both of them tried hard to rip the thing
off, to no avail. 

Ukyou and Akane were back to back, stomping and slicing little versions of
the creature
which were trying to latch themselves on the girls. 

Ryouga was also doing the same thing, his attacks killing a great deal of
the little vermin. Then he noticed that there was movement above Akane and
Ukyou. "Akane, Ukyou! Above you!" he shouted as he ran towards them. 

The girls only had time to look up before  two large black creatures were
on them. But oddly enough, they didn't kill the girls. The black creatures
just grabbed them and ran off., the girls screaming and shouting the whole
way. Ryouga tried to catch up but a third creature got in his way. Despair
and anger threatening to swallow him, Ryouga quickly executed a:
"Shishihoukodan!" vaporizing the thing in front of him. Several more of the
creatures got in his way. All of them drooling their green saliva. "Get out
of my way!" he shouted as he charged. 

Shampoo and Cologne managed to destroy the thing that had killed Mousse,
but more of the things had come out. Now they were fighting desperately to
survive. Shampoo dodged a claw strike and bashed her bonbori on the
attacker's head while Cologne executed a chi attack and blew off the head
of another of the things. But there were so many more of those things that
were coming at them.

Ranma, unable to pry the little face-hugger off his father's face was
forced to fight when a  black creature lunged at him, followed by another.
Ranma was soon caught in a deadly dance of death with the two creatures. He
could hear his father's cries of help during the fighting. "Ranmaaaa!!!!
Help meeeee!!!!!" screamed his father. He saw his father's face start to
melt as the thing seemed to release some sort of acid into Genma's face.
"AAAARRRRRGGGHH!!!!" shouted his father before he fell down face first. His
body twitching and spasming in  agony. 

"OYAJI!!!!!" shouted Ranma helplessly as he dodged several consecutive claw
strikes, bites and tail swipes. Launching into a Tenshin amaguriken he
pummeled away one of the things and quickly dodged another claw strike,
unluckily, he wasn't able to completely dodge it. Three claw marks were on
his chest. Searing pain shot through him. Repeating his chestnut technique
he punched away the second attacker just as another joined the fray. He
soon found himself trapped in a circle with the creatures surrounding him.
Shampoo and Cologne were also in the circle, as was Ryouga. All of them
were wounded. Even Cologne. Ranma suddenly noticed something. "Ryouga!
Where's Akane and Ukyou?" asked Ranma, dreading the answer that he was
going to receive. 
Ryouga, with a grim look on his face said: "They took them both. I wasn't
able top stop them."
Ranma then noticed how battered Ryouga was. He was bleeding all over with
cuts and wounds everywhere on his body. "Akane, Ukyou!" thought Ranma as he
prepared to fight his way through. The creatures were circling them. There
were around seven of them, and movement in the darkness suggested that
there were more. Things were looking very grim.

						-*-
				
Akane wasn't sure what had happened, she thought she was dead when  she saw
the things jump down towards her and Ukyou, but she was still alive. The
thing had only grabbed her, although the sharp claws were leaving marks and
wounds on her body. The things were bringing her and Ukyou somewhere. Ukyou
was still screaming. Akane struggled to break free, only to have the
creature tighten it's grip on her. "Ranma!" She thought. "Come save me!"

						-*-

Ranma and the remaining members of the group were readying themselves. The
circle of creatures seemed poised to attack. Suddenly, several explosions
occurred. Several of the creatures ran away from the dark, burning and
writhing in pain. The circle of creatures hesitated, and that was all the
group needed. Using the distraction to their advantage, they quickly
attacked and demolished most of the creatures before they could retaliate.
The other aliens tried to swarm them, but something kept throwing an
explosive firecracker at them. Blowing up and killing or burning the things
to death. Soon the area was clear of the creatures.  And out of the
darkness,  Happoussai stepped out. "That was close!" He said. "But we have
to get out of here, there may be more on their way."

Ranma went to check on his father. Unluckily, Genma was dead. Where his
face once was, was a bloated and disfigured mass. The acid had done it's
job. "Oyaji." Whispered Ranma as he knelt down.  Ryouga was telling
Happoussai that they had to go rescue Akane and Ukyou.

"Are you mad boy!?" Replied Happoussai. "Haven't you seen what these things
can do? As much as I don't want to admit it, but those two are probably
dead now."

Ranma stood up. "Even if they are dead..... we have to destroy this place
and eliminate all of these things." He said. "If they get out into the
world,  the Earth would be doomed."

Cologne, who had been tending to her wounds and Shampoo's, piped up.
"Son-in-law is correct. We have to destroy these things here for the good
of all mankind." 
Ranma nodded towards her. For once, they both agreed on something. 
 Happoussai shook his head, "If we go in deeper, none of us may survive
against these... aliens."
Shampoo shuddered at this. But Ranma stood firm. "Even if I have to die, I
will see these aliens wiped out."
Ryouga agreed. "They have Akane." He said simply.
Shampoo stood up. "Where Ai ren goes, Shampoo goes. Also, must avenge
Mousse." She gripped her Bonbori tightly as she said this. Cologne just
nodded.
Ranma turned towards Happuossai. "Well? I don't want to force you into
anything, but we could use your help."
Happoussai had an odd look on his face. Then he sighed and said: "Ah, what
the hell, Live fast, die young and leave a nice-looking corpse. That's
always been my motto. Besides, life without Akane and Ranma-chan could get
boring. Let's go!"
Ranma smiled grimly, then pointed towards the corridor. "That's the only
direction they could have gone." The others agreed on this. Except Ryouga,
but nobody pays any attention to Ryouga when it comes to directions. The
band rushed forward, wary of an ambush. 

					-*-
Akane and Ukyou were being stuck to the wall with goo, along with other
blue-skinned humanoids. They both tried to escape but resistance was
futile.  After Akane and Ukyou were firmly planted to the wall, Ukyou
turned towards Akane with wide and frightened eyes. They both knew what had
happened to the humanoids stuck to the wall. Around them, the area was not
only filled with the many of the creatures, but there were dozens of
egg-shaped pods attached to the floor. 

 A few minutes later, a larger version of the creatures came out. It was
obvious that this alien seemed to be an overlord of sorts. It was huge, 
bigger than any of the other aliens around. It had more arms and claws. And
it's mouth.....  had another mouth? Ukyou and Akane screamed as the queen
strode towards Akane. 

					-*-

The group heard the scream and ran as quickly as they could towards the
source. "Akane !!!!!" shouted Ranma and Ryouga.

Hearing the shouts of their incoming saviors, Akane felt renewed hope
brighten in her heart, but it was quickly wiped away as the big creature
grabbed  her. She felt several quick, sharp stabbing pains in various parts
of her body. The creature was pricking her? Why?

Then the group burst in guns blazing, or in this case, chi blazing. Various
chi blasts and firecrackers destroyed most of the guarding aliens before
they could move. But the other creatures were much more alert. Soon a
battle was underway. A battle that pitted five martial artists against
several alien death-dealing machines. With more seemingly popping out of
nowhere. 
The big creature took no notice of the fight and continued with what it was
doing, stabbing Akane at specific places in her body,  Akane started
screaming in pain. Ukyou was shouting desperately.  "Ranchan save me!" 

Ranma saw what was being done to his fiancee. A cold rage was building up
in him. "Leave her alone!" he screamed as he fought his way to them.
Bobbing and weaving from the swipes of the aliens he continuously
counterattacked with various techniques. All of them lethal.

					
Ryouga too, saw what was happening but could do nothing about it as he was
facing two  of the bigger aliens. "Damn! They must be the heavy artillery."
He thought as quickly built up his chi, anger and depression increasing his
power. "Shishihokoudan!" he shouted as he released his attack through his
hands towards the two aliens. But these creatures were faster than their
smaller counterparts. Both evaded the attack and charged Ryouga in
different directions, one from the right and the other from the left. The
Lost boy quickly dodged  the attacks of the one on the left, but it forced
him towards the alien on the right, just as a  razor sharp claw strike was
headed his way. Left with no choice, he did what was instinctive for a
martial artist. He blocked. "ARRRRRGHHGHGHGHH!!!!"

						
Happoussai, Shampoo and Cologne were holding their own against the other
creatures. But not without injuries. Shampoo, who was being slowed down by
her previous wounds was receiving even more now. Cologne continued to cover
for her granddaughter. Her staff  a blur as it struck at the aliens. Slowly
but surely they were decimating the ranks of their opponents.

Ranma kicked the last  of the aliens  that he was fighting towards the big
queen. The alien hit the queen and forced it away from Akane. The queen,
enraged at being interrupted, killed the alien that had hit her. Then it
got up and faced Ranma. While the queen had been down Ranma had quickly
tried to pry Akane from the wall,  then he heard Ukyou shout: "Ranchan,
look out!"  
Jumping away, Ranma barely dodged the tail. Getting into another combat
position Ranma readied himself. 

Akane was desperately freeing herself, Ranma had been successful in
loosening the goo. She got out, then hurriedly tried to free Ukyou. The
queen did not notice this, as she was facing Ranma, with it's back to Akane
and Ukyou. 

Happoussai , Shampoo and Cologne had almost finished off most of the
aliens, by working as a unit and fighting in formation.  When a new type of
alien appeared from the bowels of the ship. Happoussai reacted by pulling
out a firecracker and was about to throw it when the alien spat acid at
him. Surprised, Happoussai was unable to dodge. The acid hit him in the
hand, causing him to drop the firecracker. It then exploded, right in the
middle of the three martial artist's formation. 
Happoussai was killed instantly. The firecracker had been one of his lethal
ones, not the type he used to have fun with his good-for-nothing disciples
and Ranma. The explosion also hurt Shampoo and Cologne. Both were blasted
to the ground, leaving them open to the remaining aliens.

						
Ryouga was dodging as many of the attacks as he could, but he was hurt too
badly. One of the aliens  managed to impale it's tail-spike into his left
leg. "EERRRGHHH!!!" grunted Ryouga. The other alien raised it's claw to
finish him off. When an explosion rocked the ship. The aliens were
distracted. Ryouga quickly used the breaking point technique on the ground.
The ground then exploded, killing the two aliens with shrapnel that struck
and impaled their bodies. But Ryouga was too near the blast, the shrapnel
of his own baksaitenketsu also nailed him. Various pieces of metal were now
stuck in his body. "Must... save.... Akane." Ryouga thought as he ignored
the pain and tried to get up. He failed. With his remaining strength, he
began to build up his chi again. "Can't... ...let.... these.... aliens...
get...away." He murmured.

						
Cologne and Shampoo were in bad shape, the explosion from the firecracker
had injured them both. And now the remaining aliens were closing in for the
kill. Shampoo lunged towards one of the aliens in a final attempt to kill
it. But with all her injuries, she was too slow. The alien simply raised
its spiked tail  and impaled her through the chest. "Ulk!" said Shampoo as
she died. Her last thoughts were of Ranma and how she would miss her ai
ren. 

Cologne saw her granddaughter die, and using the last of her power,
channeled all her chi into one final attack. "Face the Amazon's final
technique," she managed to gasp out as she faced the aliens that had killed
Shampoo. "Dragon claw strike!" With that an energy beam reminiscient of a
reptilian claw  rushed at the aliens, disintegrating them all. With the
last of the aliens  in the room dead, except for the biggest one, Cologne
fell to the floor. The technique had taken too much out of her. Her age and
the injuries she possessed had finally caught up with her. Cologne died
knowing that she had avenged the Amazon honor.    

Ranma and the queen were trading blows and swipes. Ranma dodging, while the
queen took all of his punces and kicks head on without flinching. "Damn!
This must be the strongest of those creatures!" He thought. Dodging several
more swipes, he rushed in close and did the Tenshin amaguriken without
bothering to announce it as he normally does. The queen took the hits in
the chest, and retaliated with her tail. Ranma was unable to dodge it, the
attack struck him in the abdomen, staggering back he tried to go into a
defensive stance. It was then that he noticed the relative quiet around
him. Taking a very quick glance, he noticed that things looked VERY bad.
Shampoo, Happoussai, Ryouga and  Cologne were down, dead or not he wasn't
sure. Although he was sure Shampoo was dead. Judging from the gaping hole
in her chest where a tail had been before Cologne had vaporized the aliens.
There seemed to be no other aliens around. But at the same time, none of
his compatriots seemed to be up to fighting anymore either. That was when
Ukyou and Akane attacked. Both had somehow gotten free. The queen was soon
struck by a barrage of spatulas, kicks and punches from  Ranma's two
remaining fiancees. Ukyou was shouting: "Don't hurt Ranchan!" Ranma quickly
joined the fray. But the queen was not to be so easily defeated, it fought
back wildly, angry that so many of it's brethren had been wiped out. Ukyou,
who was still groggy from her captivity, never stood a chance. A claw was
soon ripping through her stomach, then the queen threw her towards where 
Ryouga was, and concentrated on Ranma, avoiding attacking Akane for some
reason. Both Ranma and Akane were aghast at what had happened, rage
enveloped Ranma. These things had now killed two people that he cared for,
not to mention killing some of his friends and endangering the life Akane.
Ranma grabbed Akane and jumped towards Ryouga. "Ryouga!" Ranma shouted.
"Get Akane out of here!" Ryouga blinked. "Wha?!" But Ranma was already
ignoring him.

 Ranma had  turned to Akane. "Akane, I'm going to finish this." He said
quietly.   Akane tried to reply "But Ranma, you need ..." "Get out of
here." Interrupted Ranma. "Ryouga will keep you safe." Ranma then saw Ukyou
was still alive. "Ukyou!" Ukyou, hearing her voice called, turned her head
towards whoever was calling and saw who it was. "Ranchan...." she managed
to gasp out  as her eyes closed forever. "Ucchan!!!!!"
Anger gripping his heart, Ranma charged towards the queen, who had been
watching them warily. The battle was on again. 

Akane was horrified. Today had been a day of death. She had seen so many of
her friends die, and now Ranma's own life was in danger. "Ranma! I won't
let you die!!" she shouted as she tried to get up. Only to be stopped by a
strong hand on her shoulder. Ryouga was holding her down and he was glowing
with chi. "You really love him, don't you Akane?" he asked. Eyes
shimmering, Akane answered: "Yes, Ryouga, I... I really do." Ryouga closed
his eyes. "So it's true, she really loves him. Damn it all! I could try to
blast my way out of here with Akane but.... I can't bear the thought of her
being sad. God! I love her so much." Ryouga thought. Then making a firm
decision, he opened his eyes. His chi seemed to be glowing brighter. 

Ranma's rage was working against him. He usually fought with calmness and
confidence, but now he was consumed with anger. He was fighting too wildly,
his attacks awkward because of the anger. The queen was not fighting as
wildly. Her slashes and attacks connecting and wounding him. He was a
bloody mess already. Building up his chi he tried to blast her with a Mokou
Takabishya. The queen managed to dodge most of the attack. Although  one of
her left claws got hit. Angered, the queen rushed at Ranma. Changing
tactics, Ranma cooled down and circled the creature. Circling the queen
quickly at high speed, he kept dodging some of the claw strikes
unsuccessfully. He was starting to stumble a bit, but he had to power up to
use his technique. 
With the queen's heat starting to reach a critical point, Ranma quickly
executed his technique. 
"Hir Yu Sho Ten Ha!" he shouted as he raised his fist into the air. His
coolness combined with the queen's heat creating a tornado bursting with
chi. Hitting the queen, the the heaven blast of the dragon swept her away.
Ranma then collapsed,  exhausted. Akane went to him, clutching his prone
form to her chest. "Ranma!" she exclaimed. Ranma was shaking his head a
bit, trying to fight off the fatigue. "Akane, is it..." he was interrupted
by a loud, inhuman scream. The queen managed to grab onto the wall with her
claws and swung herself at  the two fiancees, with tail and claw ready to
strike. Akane and Ranma both looked up in time to see death coming for
them. The claw and the tail-spike struck down.

The tail and the claw connected. But not with Akane nor Ranma. Ryouga was
standing over the two. The tail-spike impaled in the left side of his
abdomen, The claw imbedded deeply into his right forearm. He was growing
even brighter with chi. "Ranma.. Akane get  out of here... now!" He
muttered through gritted teeth. Ranma managed to get up with Akane's help,
both were about to try and help Ryouga when he shouted: "Go! I'm going to
use my full Shishihoukon!" As he said that his chi began flaring. The queen
tried to slash at him. His other arm took the claw strike. "Please, go! Or
you'll both die!" he pleaded while trying to ignore the pain. Ranma, seeing
Ryouga's chi and the state that he was in, knew that Ryouga was going to
die even if they tried to help. He also knew that with that much chi, the
whole ship could be vaporized. Summoning up the last of his strength, he
grabbed Akane, who protested, "Ranma! We can't just leave him!" 

"Akane-chan! Please go! Please... Aaargghhh!!" screamed Ryouga as the queen
bit down hard on his left shoulder. "Nyaaarrgghh!!! Go.. GGGOOOOOOO!!!!"

Ranma  ran off with Akane saying: "I'm never going to forget this Ryouga!"
Akane  was crying, her tears flowing down her cheeks.

Ryouga, unable to take the pain anymore began to release his chi. "Ranma."
He whispered. "Please take care of Akane."  Ryouga then  released all the
chi he had been building up for a while now. "Die you inhuman monster!!!
FULL SHISHIHOKOUDAN!!!!!!!!!" The pent-up chi, after finally being released
in no particular direction, spread outwards, vaporizing  everything in it's
path. The queen was destroyed instantly,  the creature reduced to nothing
but ash. Alien and human bodies, walls, even advanced armor plating could
not stand against the energy that had been unleashed. Soon nothing was left
standing where the alien ship once was. All that remained was a huge
crater, a final testament to how powerful Ryouga's final technique was.


Akane and Ranma had barely gotten out of the ship before the chi had
expanded and destroyed the ship. Even then, it had been close. Both were
breathing hard from their narrow escape. Akane was crying and sobbing into
Ranma's chest now. Ranma was just holding her, trying to comfort her over
the happenings of the past few hours. "God, so many people dead, all those
lives gone! Because of those things!" Ranma thought to himself as he
continued to comfort the grief-stricken girl. "But all this has just made
me realize, that I really....  love her." He thought. Looking down at the
girl he was holding, he knew it wouldn't be fair to tell her this now. Not
now when they had just gone through so much death and sacrifice. He hugged
Akane to him, wanting to feel her and to just hold her. Akane hugged back,
she needed to hold on to someone, someone who she knew wouldn't just die on
her.

They continued to hold each other and stayed in each other's arms as the
rising sun slowly rose over the mountain.

Inside Akane's body, there was something that had just been created. It was
nourishing itself  through it's host's body. Readying itself for the day
when it would be born and would multiply and perpetuate it's race.
Preparing itself for the day when the aliens would return and finally take
over the earth.

Author's rants and raves: Lots of Ranmaphiles will probably declare the
death sentence on me for wiping out almost everyone in the cast. All I
wanted to do was to write a fic with Ryouga sacrificing himself for Akane,
I envisioned him going out with a bang through the shishihoukodan. It took
me a while to figure out who their opponents would be. When I finally came
up with the aliens I thought that Ranma would need the rest of the cast to
handle this one, so I threw them in and just offed them all. After all,
what's an aliens fic without death? I know it was cruel, but you have to
admit, it was entertaining trying to see how your favorite character would
die, right? Sorry if I pissed off anyone, but remember, this is just a
