I don't know if fanfic will result from this, but an idea just struck me
(it's almost 6am I've been up all night, bear with me ^_^) What if one
or more characters from a couple of different Anime suddenly underwent a
total personality metamorphosis?

It has been done, although it's usually an accident on the author's part^_^

Oh, my!  Talk about raising OOC to an art form!

It's just this idea I had, ya know? ^_^
