I spent an obnoxious amount of time (at least a few minutes to an hour
every day since March) thinking about it, planning, discussing possible
plotpoints, writing...

Getting prereading done...

Sent in... sent back... Queried...

Lost... found... subjected to more inquiry...

Lost again...

And finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as
firelighters. ^_^

There's one thing you learn when you spend so much time on a single story:

Zen ain't that slow of a writer. ^_^

Of course, you just had to do it, didn't you....

Sailor V closed her eyes. So, this was it.

"Stylin' Pink Bows, Wrap!" a cutesy voice called out. The
youma was entrapped in pretty bows that snuffed it out. A girl in
a mini-skirted sailor suit came out of the thick smoke, posing
cutely. "I am the cute and fluffy formerly Oneshot Senshi Sailor
Stylin'! I fight for beauty and fashion!"

Oh, it gets better!

I'm thinking about 'contracting' out with other FFML authors to get a
'spinoff' of NETTG!! using the Sailor V manga infrastructure, and  
co-starring Sailor Stylin'!

Of course, first, I'd have to ask about the willingness and sheer morbid
curiosity of these other authors to see if they would even consider
proceeding on such a seemingly mad quest. ^_^
