Alright, time to send in those synopses again...

There are a few minor changes at konatsu.ml.org -- most notably, 
there's now something in the root directory.  (http://konatsu.ml.org/)
Not much, mind you, but something.  Secondly, I upgraded the system
to Debian Linux 2.1 last night.  You should not notice any change
from this.  (OTOH, if you do, please let me know about it, as it's
likely unintentional. :)

The summary size limit has been set to 15 lines split between the
two parts.  ie. the Series Summary and the Episode summary together
must equal no more than 15 lines, but how to divide that up between
the two parts is up to you.

Not all the fields of the form need to be filled, just the
essentials, which should be common sense.
