Actually, that part was for a GOOD reason. Nabiki had snapped 'compromising'
photos of Ranma attempting to rape her. In reality, Ranma had fallen on her by
accident (or was it tripped?), but the photo she had taken had implied the
rape scene. She was planning to blackmail Ranma- we know what would happen if
any of Tendos, especially Akane found out? ^_- (I can't WAIT to have my hands
on vol. 35-38, coming in few weeks!)

But other than that, he doesn't seem to mind having pictures of his naked
female form taken. Most likely he doesn't pay it any attention since he isn't
female and therefore has no 'femmine modesty.'
