Feel free to guess who the mystery character is.

The mystery character must be "secretly" in love with Ranma, which rules out
the usual suspects (including Ukyou), and it must also be a credible danger
for this character to confront Akane, which rules out most combatants.

Logically, the character must be Hiroshi, Daisuke, Akari, or any number of
one-shots (and for it to be a one-shot, you have to fudge and assume that
Ranma has a _chance_ to confide in someone who probably doesn't live in the
area).
