Yes.  As long as their genetic makeup is similar.  They have to be very close for the recieving body to sucessfully except the ne organ.

If you receive an organ, you can request the information of the person that donated it from the hospital that the operation was held.  Most times the doctor that performs the surgery will tell 
the recipient where the organ came from before he puts it in.  After you get the info, locating them is up to you.

3) What are all the transplantable organs in the human body?

All of your necessarymajor organs are transferable.  Since your writing a story the best organs to write about are: heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, tissues, and eyes.  (Parasite Eve is a good example of eyes and liver) However, to get most of those, you have to kill however is donating them.

4) Please don't tell me to get a biology book, I lost mine!
