All of your necessarymajor organs are transferable.  Since your
writing a story the best organs to write about are: heart, liver,
kidneys, lungs, tissues, and eyes.  (Parasite Eve is a good example
of eyes and liver) However, to get most of those, you have to kill
however is donating them.

Actually, not the whole eye.  Just the cornea.
