I thought that he had.  Weren't their appearances changed?  They
couldn't still bring up vid windows or anything like that.

For Ranma and Co. Almost all their skills are from ki based abilities
(super streght, able to jump high, etc) but HammerSpace (TM) wont
work. It just like the principle as for the Sprites, HammerSpace(TM)
only work's on an Anime-vers environment. You can let them draw them
out only once but after that, they'll just have to carry it around
their stuffs. (Jeez Ukyou this grill is so heavy)

'Hammerspace' is a fanfic convention.  Takahashi never said how the
characters can pull things out of nowhere, it could be a mental trick.

Rule of Different Universe Applies.

???  I don't know what that is, but I'd have to say only if you want it
to.  Considering Rand's experiences with portal stones, Ranma's world
could certainly be a alternate world inside the Wheel if not just a
different time.

The story itself.. A re-hash of Differing Powers. Sorry but tis true
me lord. Try to me a new entry point for the Band. Dont copy it.
Make your own story. (Even though copying is the best form of
flattery.) Prove ourself to the FFML as a Writer.

I have to agree with this.  I think the idea could produce a good
story, but there is too much similarity (and blatant rips)
to Differing Powers for this version to be interesting.

If memory serves me right, you can use the Portal Stones near the Dark
Wood(Book 2) as the Bands landing place. Then have them hike to Two
Rivers. Travel time: 1-2 weeks tops. Lots of time for the Band to
adjust to the alien world.

They don't have to appear at the beginning of EOTW either.  You could
give Rand and company some time to learn about their powers before
introducing the new characters.  There's always the door ter'angrael in
Tear that almost got broken.

All in all its a bad reading for me. For ME!! WOT is too serious for
Anime and Reboot is an CGI show. Ranma and Reboot is okay. But the
with WOT... WOT will be the one setting the fics overall feel.

Unless the Dark One turns out to be Happosai or Taro.  :)

A couple of additional comments...

Ranma's reaction to Matrix seems to be way off.  He's not nearly
arrogant enough, especially facing someone who uses guns and technology.
Ranma would never stop a fight before a definite victor has been
determined.  And Ranma *NEVER* compliments someone on their skill.

And the part about Ryouga having been to the Reboot world... I would
eliminate that, it comes across as too ridiculous.
