We don't HAVE to, no. But unless something relates to a fanfc, I don't
see how it can be called fanfic-based in any sense that would make its
banning from the FFML a moral outrage.

As fot how something can be considered to be fanfic-realated without being
about any one fanfic, can't we talk about possible effects of something on the
