    If you were going somewhere with this, a possible beginning is this:

        Ranma goes on a training trip to some hard to get to spot. He arrives to
discover that the training ground is really a portal that can take him to times in the
past (and/or the future, maybe), to train with some of the greatest warriors in that
time. He can use it to fight strong opponents though out time and learn techniques
that have been forgotten, or haven't even been made yet. I suppose some sort of limit
should be put on it, like you can only stay for a month or two, or that you can only
use it for a year in your life time. Tell me what you think.
