Ranma and the Holidays

  It is the Christmas season in Nerima, and all things shall come to pass...

  Enter on the Tendo household.  Soun, Genma, and Ranma are seated in the
dining room, while Kasumi and Akane are in the kitchen, amidst numerous
bangs, thuds, and thrown objects.  Nabiki is out of town on a field trip.

  Looking up at his father, Ranma appears irate.  "Why's I got to keep 
doin' this, pop!?"  Meeting glances briefly with Soun, Genma turns to his
son.  "It is because of the Saotome honor, foolish b-"  He is cut short as
the cold water of the koi pond meets him, a result of Ranma hurling his
body through the engawa.  Akane, followed by Kasumi, enters the room, with
a small tray in her hands.

  "Ranma, wanna try one of my new cookies?  They're shaped like little
Christmas trees!"  He picks one up, almost in disbelief.  "Wow...  Akane,
they look... edible!"  Before Akane can heft a mallet, Kasumi intervenes.
"Well, I thought that Akane would like to try some more 'Western'-type
designs...  Try it, Ranma."  He bites into the green and red tree.  And,
with a small crinkling sound, he swallows it whole.

  "AAAAAAUUUUUGGGGHHH!"  Ranma bolts upright, and almost falls over his
father.  "Man, it was just a dream..."  And with that, he rolled back
down, and fell fast asleep.  However, a small, green and red colored cookie
fell from his hand, unnoticed...
