Map of the Nerima district. Not sure how useful it is, but just in case...
In the lower right quadrant there are 3 red kanji(練馬区). The second
is the
horse
kanji, the last is the 'ward' kanji (an open box with a cross).
btw, Nerima means 'horse training'. Kinda ironic, ne?
Yes, when I found that out I found it interesting that Ran"MA" does
training in NeriMA. :

This web site does in fact have most of Japan mapped, but being in Japanese,
some may find it hard to read.
Little web site promotion here:
I have two maps of the northwest corner of Nerima on my website, showing
Ranma landmarks in 1999 and 2057 according to events in my Childhood of a
Modern Dynasty series. Of course, the location the Tendo house and other
places is speculation, but some of the landmarks seen in the show match
that part of Nerima.

Kasumi found her father cradling her mother in his arms. He
had run out of tears to shed long ago, but the expression on his face
told the story. Kasumi calmly slid the door closed and knelt down
facing her father and mother, tears started flowing from her eyes.
After several minutes of silence, Soun asked with a scratchy
voice, "Kasumi dear. Will you please say goodbye to your mother and
then go get Mr. Saotome?" He didn't look up at his daughter once.
"Of course, Father," Kasumi said. She stood up, took one of her
mother's hands in hers, and said a soft, "Goodbye, Mother. I'll keep
my promise."
