Map of the Nerima district. Not sure how useful it is, but just in case...

In the lower right quadrant there are 3 red kanji($BN}GO6h(B). The second is the
horse
kanji, the last is the 'ward' kanji (an open box with a cross).

btw, Nerima means 'horse training'. Kinda ironic, ne?
