I have mentioned that I am adding two new characters to my Ranma 1/2
stories. I have created original techniques for both characters, but I want
to also give one of the characters (Cloud) the ability to use the Shishi
Hokudan (because he can be a very sad, angry, violent, etc. person because
of how his life has moved ((a.k.a. he spent nearly two years on his own in
the wilderness, looking for his cousin))

Now, I need to know how one would learn the Shishi Hokudan (didn't Ryoga
learn it from a scroll?)

I also gave him the ability to use the Bakusai Tenketsu (though he never
does, he sees it as a pointless technique)
