Correct spellings:

Hiryuu Shouten Ha
Hiryuu Shoten Ha
Hiryuushoutenha
Hiryuushotenha

*The spelling "Hiryu" is largely incorrect. The elongated vowel
sound in
'ryuu' is not as open to debate as the elongated vowel in 'shouten'.
This
isn't to say it can't be spelled this way; it can, but it's not
completely
accurate.

Incorrect.  Hiryu can be spelled without the second u.  In hiragana,
the second u has the same equivalency as the - symbol in katakana. 
Purist romanization systems will require the usage fo the u for vowel
elongation (or a second o supplanting the u in some cases), but more
contemporary translation systems will forgo the u.  The most obvious
example of this is the name Ryu, which can be spelled in either manner.
