Wow.

I was really shocked by the number of responses I got to my ramblings.  I
appreciate it!  I have decided to go ahead and give this fic a shot.  I
already have chapter one semi-completed, and I'm looking for some
prereaders who will criticize me to death because this is going to be
difficult to do right (the proper portrayal of IC emotions, etc)...so if
