Since Ranma can beat almost everyone else on *HIS* show that's not
unlikely. But I think that Ace, armed with the Baseball Bat of Omega,
could be considered a fair opponent for Ukyo.

After all, if the Japanese did an adaptation of Doctor Who into anime 
you can bet that Ace (and Leela) would be _far_ more impressive in
combat.
