Hmm. Loosely interpreted, it means that Evangelion's creator decided to end
everything once and for all in as incomprehensible and utterly unsatisfying
way as humanly possible. No, really, that's what it means. Back me up on
this, someone, but wasn't the release of the movie clouded by voice actors
and the like expressing their dissatisfaction at how bad of an ending there
was? And didn't our very own Jim Lazar write a fic about some tax auditor
getting revenge against Gainax for the way the series ended?

If you're looking for some closure, there was a fic posted here a while
back... "Purgatory and Beyond", by Adrian Wong, which provides some measure
of closure.
