but it's excellent!  I'm a touch confused about the joketsuzoku 

subplot,

though..   how did the Amazon ladies figure out about the spies?!?

Presumably they put it together from what Shampoo told them.  At the 
very least, Fang Shi could have been informed by the Serpent about the 
Phoenix Tribe's habit of using Jusenkyou to go among humans.
