I disagree.  Police have to analyze situations, interview people, 

handle

combat, and more.  Cooks - except for top-of-the-line (if she was that
good, Nerima's top restaurants would likely be begging Kasumi to work
for them) 

  True. Hey, I've never thought of it that way before (jots down notes 
for fan conceptions page). In any case, the only TRUE cook is Ukyo, and 
she's got her own restaurant.
