Actually, there is one titled "Neko".  It's written by Mark Doherty, and is
archived

In it, due to a convoluted scheme, Akane and Ukyou are cursed to become boys,
Genma is still a panda, and Ranma becomes a cat (although he denies that he
has a curse - he insists that for some unkown reason he just blacks out for no
reason at all....)
