The Mandarin has two allies, which he
has under his control. One developed the robot
soldiers, the other is Happosai. (No, I'm not saying
who the inventor type is.)

Oh, please. While I cannot claim to be totally certain of what's in your
mind, the fact that you noted that the inventer is a) mind-controlled and
b) a robotics expert fairly SCREAMS of my namesake, Anthony Stark. Also
known as Iron Man.

I could see Tony Stark, but actually Reed Richards or Henry
Pym would also fit ( Herbie and Ultron) but the real
acknowledged expert on Robots in that era was Victor Von
Doom, with his Doombots. He certainly would be against the
Mandarin conquering the world. Actually I would rather like
to see a Ranma/Captain America teamup than this story. I
mean Cap is not really much of a power up for Ranma,.
increased stamina and maybe some speed increase but not that
much. The real advantage of Captain America is his
determination, and Ranma has shown plenty of that. The Super
Soldier serum only makes him as good as Steve Rogers can be
physically. Ranma probably has reached that level. Steves
other advantage is experience and Ranma wouldn't get that. I
would probably have Ranma get somebody like Quicksilver or
Loki. Couldn't you see the look on Thor's face if Loki comes
to rescue him. Something else too consider in the Hulk/Ryoga
the hulk is a seperate personality from Bruce Banner so
maybe Bruce could swim to shore and escape. Thereby creating
an interesting situation when he here's the Hulk is back and
speaking Japanese!

When in danger or in doubt, run in circles,
                    scream and shout.

Always listen to experts. They'll tell you
what can't be done, and why. Then do it.
