Well, Mason Proulx (the creator of Tomobiki-cho, the ultimate Urusei Yatsura
site) has also created a site for Patlabor.  One of the pages is of specs for
the various Labors that were in the series.  Check out this address:

Not sure if it has the information that you're looking for, but it's the best
