Well just saw enemy of the state followed by some X-files when I 
got home.  This popped into my head.  let me know if I should do 
something with it or drop it.

The man looked at Ranma "As far as anyone is concerned, you are persona 
non grata," at seeing Ranmas confused expression, "you don't exist.  You 
are a big waalking bullseye.  They can kill you and nobody would blink.  
Anyone you know or care about is a potential target."  As he listened 
Ranma's expression grew more and more grim.  "but why??" Ranma asked, "I 
haven't done anything!"  The man looked at Ranma as if he had just 
spoken jibberish.  "Of course you did!  You may not have intended it, 
but you did it.  You saw something that no-one was ever supposed to see.  
That tape you watched was not supposed to exist.  The fellow who swapped 
tapes with you has probobly been completely erased by now.  If I hadn't 
gotten to you first they would have gotten you too, and I don't care how 
good of a martial artist you are.  there are other ways to destroy a man 
than face to face."  Ranma nodded, but something was bugging him. "how 
did you know to come after me?"  The man just smirked "What they can 
find out, I can ,most of the time.  with as many agencys in on this as 
there are, a few more things fall through the cracks than usual."  They 
slowly started walking down the street, making thier way towards the 
train station, they passed a news stand.  The headline grabbed thier 
attention immeditely. 'Nerima Boy brutally slaughtered'  Paying for a 
paper thet scanned it. 'One Ryouga Hibiki was found beaten to death last 
night.  Police are wanting to speak to a Ranma Saotome in connection 
with the incident.  There was a shirt belonging to Mr. Saotome found at 
the scene.  It is speculated by police that Mr. Saotome  had gone to 
confront Mr. Hibiki about his supposed sleeping with his fiancee due to 
his condition.  It is also speculated that things escalated out of 
control.  If you see Ranma Saotome please call police at once.  Do not 
attempt to aproach him dirrectly, as he may not be completely in control 
of himself, and is considered dangerous.'    The man looked up from the 
paper.  "Well it looks like the game has begun,  and oh what an original 
way to do it." he said in a sarcastic tone of voice.  Ranma looked at 
the man.  The man sighed.  "They get everyone else to do thier dirty 
work for them and make you look like a mad man, that way if you do 
manage to get what you know to someone who might belive you you will be 
discredited."
