I need a Ranma(esque) character who would find both Ranma and Ryouga
attractive, ideally in as annoying a manner as possible. Its for a
continuation of my Wyld Stallyns fic I did some time ago.

Why create a new character?  Just use an existing one from the series.

  No such character exists. You'd have to define one.

Asuka, The White Lily

  It'll never happen, because Asuka wants a boyfriend that has a face 
that could launch Earth into space (yeah, yeah, bad bad me), and she's 
been shown to be not interested in Ranma (if only for the fact that 
Kodachi has him, and I think she sees through it). 

Mariko the Combat Cheerleader

  Perhaps. She did fall for Kuno, so maybe... well, then again, her 
character wasn't all that spiffy in the first place. "M-A-R-I-K-O!"
  Yuck. 

Yuka
Sayuri

  No comment on freebies. 

I can't think of any other off-hand, but you get the general idea.

  Sometimes its much more fun to create a new character, too.
