Hmm, as I'd never write up any subject fit for a spamfic, let's see what
the non-writers notes are for this, t'cha.

Washuu is obviously a renegade Time Lord (aren't they all?) with her
TARDIS parked in Tenchi's closet.

The Doctor has known about Washuu-chan for quite a while, but hasn't felt
the need to seek her out till now.  (Something mighty wicked must be on
the way and I don't mean Rini/Chibi/Naughty Lady).

My suggestion for role of The Doctor is Colin Baker as he seems to be the
least reasonable.  (And you can have Perri drooling over Tenchi, for no
particularly good reason.)

There is obviously some connection between the regeneration powers of the
Cabbits and the Time Lords.
