Ok here is the next fic in the Mega x-over that my friend and I are
working on. since this fic is so large I am breaking it up into sections

This takes place two weeks before the events in Angels

A Meeting of Leaders

1.  Revelations

     President Susanna Luchenko was a busy woman, which goes without
saying.  She had Generals to meet with and then there were the cabinet
meetings that she scheduled.  She was not however, ready for what was
about to happen.  Then again who would be.  She was told of the recent
addition to the Interstellar Alliance.  It was a planet that was out in
Sector 1015.  It was called Crystal Tokyo.  She read about Babylon 5's
initial meeting with them.  It was back in August of 2261 that anyone
had contact with them.  It was with the help of the old League and those
of the Interstellar Alliance that ended the war between those people of
Crystal Tokyo and the forces of the Neo-Dark Kingdom.  Aside from that
one encounter back in 2261 there was no further contact until January of
2262 when they requested to join the Interstellar Alliance.

     She had also read the history books about the era right before the
Second Impact.  It told of tales of sailor suited warriors and of demons
that roamed through the Juban district that was apart of Tokyo 1.  The
history books also told of nine individuals that joined them two years
later.  They called themselves the �Guardian Senshi.�  All of this was
fine if she believed in that kind of stuff.  Yet she did not believe in
Magic or in Sailor-suited Soldiers at all.  To her they were all Urban
Myths from Tokyo 1.   She did however want to talk to the leader of the
planet of Crystal Tokyo.  There were many mysteries that she wanted to
get solved.  Like the fact that she heard about Psi Corp. finding
something on Mars and was keeping it secret.

     Her intercom whined, snapping her out of her thinking and her
speculation of what it was that they had found.

     �Yes,� she said.

     �Madame President, Neo-Queen Serenity and her party have arrived
and are requesting to see you,� the secretary said.

     �Ok send them in,� she said.  She then got mentally prepared to
talk to Queen Serenity.  Yet the secretary said that she was called
�Neo-Queen Serenity.�

     When the doors to her office opened she could see four humans and
two cats walk in.  The two cats hopped up on her desk and was staring at
her intently.  That was almost enough to make her nervous.  She saw that
one of the cats was midnight black with red eyes and had a golden
crescent moon on its forehead.  The other one was all white with blue
eyes and also had a golden crescent moon on its forehead.

     As she looked at the four humans that walked into her office she
noticed that one of them was a young man that looked as if he was in his
early twenties.  He was wearing what looked like ceremonial armor and a
sword at his right side.  He had black hair that was neatly cut and
short.  He had the darkest blue eyes that she had ever seen.  He was
taller than the others that were in the office.  Standing to his right
President Luchenko saw a woman wearing a white dress.  It was cut in
such a way that it looked as if she had a pair of wings and a long
tail.  The dress itself was strapless and had a row of Large golden
concentric circles across the front.  Her blond hair was done up in two
spheres on either side which trailed into two long pigtails that brushed
the floor.  She was wearing a delicate crown on her head and was
carrying a scepter made of silver and had a large crystal on top.

     The two women that bracketed the door were wearing sailor fuku.
The one to the right of the door was dressed in a burgundy and black
fuku.  She looked as if she had a dark suntan that stayed year round.
Her hair was dark green and she had lavender eyes.  The one on the left
was wearing a forest green and sky blue fuku.  The colors of her fuku
were contrasted by her fair complection and the flame red hair.  She too
had lavender eyes.  Both were carrying staves that looked like giant
keys.

     �Perhaps those tales were true after all,� President Luchenko
thought.

     �Madame President I would like to say that it is a pleasure to meet
you,� The blond woman said.  �I am Neo-Queen Serenity.�

     �Pleased to meet you, Your Majesty,� Luchenko said.

    "Madame President, please call me Serenity,� Serenity said.

     �Very well, Serenity,� Luchenko said.  �So who are the others that
are here with you?�

    �This is Artemis, and Luna,� she began indicating the two cats that
were sitting on the desk.  �They are able to speak and do often.  Go
ahead and talk to her.�

    �My Queen do you think that is wise,� Artemis asked.

    �Can she really be trusted,� Luna asked echoing Artemis� concern.

     President Luchenko looked at Neo-Queen Serenity with a dubious
expression.  She could not believe that the cats just spoke.

    �Artemis, Luna, she has a right to know since what I am about to
tell her is important.  And yes I know that she can be trusted,�
Serenity said.  �Now Madame President the person to my left is the
leader of the Royal Bodyguard Luminous.  The two that are standing on
either side of the door are also part of my court.  Their names are
Pluto and Solan.�

    �I had hoped that we could discuss this in private,� Luchenko said.

    �Madame President, I would feel comfortable if one of them would
stay,� Serenity said.  �For security reasons.�

    �That is understandable,� Luchenko said.

    �Solan, will you and Pluto please step outside,� Serenity said.

    �Of course Serenity-sama,� they both said and left through the door.


    �Please have a seat,� President Luchenko said as she indicated two
chairs in front of her desk.

    As the two remaining people in the president�s office took their
seats, the president could see that the two cats jumped down off of her
desk and into the lap of the man that was with the Queen.

    �Now what do you wish to tell me,� Luchenko asked.

    �Madame President, before we begin I would ask that what I tell you
is kept strictly confidential,� Serenity said.  The look on her face was
that of a woman that required her agreement.
 President Luchenko was surprised to see the expression on Queen
Serenity�s face.

    �Alright I will comply with that,� Luchenko said.  �But I must know
why you insist on keeping this quiet?�

    �Because what I am about to say will shake the foundations of
several dozen religions on Earth,� Serenity said.  �Also it will shatter
several precious theories as well.�

    President Luchenko, just blinked.  She could not believe that she
would be hearing something like this.

    �Ok, please tell me about this,� Luchenko said.

    �Well about one hundred-thousand years ago every planet in the solar
system had life on it.  Including the Moon. Life as in human life.  It
was in this time that my Great Grandmother, Queen Patience, formed the
Senshi from the Princesses of the eight planets.  You see, her husband
was from Earth.  In particularly from what is now the lost continent of
Atlantis.  It would be during the time of my Grandmother, Queen
Tranquility, that the Interplanetary Alliance was formed,� Serenity
said.  She could see that President Luchenko was doing her best to try
to absorb all that she was saying.  �During the time of my Mother, Queen
Serenity, she formed the Guardian Senshi as sort of a Royal Bodyguard
for the Princesses of the planets.  The reason that she did form the
Guardian Senshi died with her.  What she did not realize was that the
five that were the closest to me had fallen in love with their
respective Princesses.  However, it was never meant to be.  At the time
my betrothed Prince Endymion, had a supposed suitor by the name of
Beryl.  She believed that he had scorned her and turned to the evil that
was known as Metallia.  With Metallia�s influence Beryl attacked and
destroyed all of the civilizations on all of the planets except for the
Moon Kingdom.  It was during the year that I was turning sixteen for the
first time.  Beryl attacked and her forces killed everyone.  Mother used
the Ginzuishou to set up the situations where all of those that were
killed were to be reborn ten-thousand years later.  At the cost of her
own life.�

    �Do you have any proof of what you said,� President Luchenko asked.
She was stunned to hear about civilizations on the various planets.  It
was apparent that the utmost secrecy was needed for something of this
magnitude.  Something like this was not to be taken lightly.  She knew
that if certain organizations were to find this information out, then
she knew that there would be riots that would make the riots on Mars of
2258 look like a cake walk.  The whole disclosure of this information
must be handled with delicate diplomacy.

    Queen Serenity just nodded and brought forth the Ginzuishou and
showed the president the individual Kingdoms during their peak.  She
showed her all of the major cities on each planet.  Some planets had
multiple cities and others only had one.  It depended on how many people
actually wanted to build more cities.

    President Luchenko marveled at what she saw.  This was some kind of
proof. It amazed her to see people living on Jupiter and the outer
planets.  In particularly the gas giants.  She wondered how in the world
they would survive the pressure and the increased gravity.

    �And you have just been reborn,� President Luchenko asked.

    �No I have been alive since the year 1978,� Serenity said.

    �So you have been alive for two hundred eighty-four years,�
President Luchenko asked.  She could not believe that she was over two
centuries old.

    �Pretty much,� Serenity said.

    �So what�s your story Luminous,� Luchenko asked.  She wondered if
the man that was with her was as old as Neo-Queen Serenity.

    �Well I was from the planet Jupiter, from a settlement outside the
capital city of Juno.  I am, as Serenity-sama said, the leader of the
Guardian Senshi,� Luminous said.  �I have been with the Royal Court
since 1994.  I am currently the attach� to the Crystal Tokyo
Ambassador.  I am also her husband.�

     �I see,� Luchenko said.  �How did you survive the extreme gravity?�

     �All of the people that are from Jupiter were given increased
strength to compensate for the pressure and gravity,� Luminous said.

    �Ah, so I take it your wife is also strong as well,� Luchenko asked.


    �For the most part,� Luminous said as he stroked the two sleeping
cat�s fur.

    �Madame President, we would like to begin immediately surveying the
places that I have shown you,� Serenity said.  �Besides we need to find
some things that were left there a long time ago.�

    �If you must,� Luchenko said.  �I will have written authority for
you as soon as possible.�

    �Thank you Madame President,� Luminous said with a half bow.

    Several hours later, the President had all of the written
Authorizations ready to go.  Also in that time all of the Guardians were
present in her office.  One by one each of them received the written
authorizations and were formally introduced to the president.  That way
she could see who she would be working with in the next few days.
