That would be a spoiler if I told you. But to your other question, 
Kasumi is a CEO of Soun's company, she acts more like an adviser and 
nurse for Soun.

Acually, (seriously) let's make her the figurehead prime minister,

I don't know, the future of this fic is set that the worlds governments 
are run by large corporations. Colonge wouldn't fit in as a PM when she 
will only be a pawn controlled by these corporations. Or she could be a 
rival Yakuza leader.

Msu Tsu: Godmother...

And Mousse and Shampoo can be those hackers you were talking about.

I think Gosunkugi would be a prime candidate for a hacker. Instead of 
obsessing with voodoo. He could be a real techno-freak!
