Synopsis (IDEA) of the fic:

The year is 2051... 

What's so bad about 2052!? ^_^

Corporate empires have taken over most of the world's governments. In 

this

hi-tech world of corporate intrigue and espionage, information is a 

deadly

weapon. Keeping their secrets safe is high priority for these 

corporate

powers, with hackers always trying to get into theirs systems.

Oh no!

Yup! 

And thus the Eve Project was born... 

The corporate power MegaSoft (?) has designed the perfect unit to 

hold

their secrets.

Cute too.

Akane/Ranko:
-The girl everyone's after ^_^ 

Don't we know it!

Ranma: 
-Independent rogue caught in the crossfire.
-Biker leader

- Underwent genetic recombination (curse) so every time he uses a 
psionic attack he turn into a girl and a second attack turns him back 
again. (a la Ruin Explorers)

Ryouga:
-Friend of Ranma
-Love conflict.
-Biker member

- Bionic implants increase strength (Bakusai Tenketsu)

Ukyou:
-Friend of Ranma 
-Love conflict

- Ranma's old biker babe whom was thought to be dead in The Big One. 
(This *is* supposed to be Dystopian isn't it?)

Soun:
-Head of MegaSoft
-His daughter's are CEO's in the company

- Killed his partner, Genma, early on. (It gives Ranma the angst he 
needs.)

Two CEOs? Is Kasumi supposed to be part of the front company?

That would be a spoiler if I told you. But to your other question, 
Kasumi is a CEO of Soun's company, she acts more like an adviser and 
nurse for Soun.

Ahh. I get it.

Happosai:
-Leader of an Underground Organization

Actally, make it Kuno and have the orginization as kind of Japanese 
Puritans. But they need energy swords anyway.

Colonge:
-Head of a rival company

Make it Nodoka instead as she's been forced to sleep with Soun. (He's 
turnin' into a real baddie, ain't he?)

Mousse:
-Employee of rival company
Shampoo:
-Rival company's assassin/agent

And Mousse and Shampoo can be those hackers you were talking about.

I think Gosunkugi would be a prime candidate for a hacker. Instead of 
obsessing with voodoo. He could be a real techno-freak!

Bitchin'! Okay, how about Mousse and Shampoo as a couple of ESPers?

How about:
Sentaro Daitokuji as a Yakuza who drives fast cars.
Mikado Senzanin a celeb by paying off the Yakuza.
Notsume and Kerumi as two more of Soun's creations to capture Akane.
Taro who's been mutated by Soun (a la Guyver.)
The Gambler King who runs a casino for the Yakuza.

And then for the climax:
