Rather than spread mis-information, Genma and Soun do, in fact, play
both shogi and go.  Shogi apparently has "pieces [that] are
white,squarish tiles with either black or red writing on them."
according to Tempus, sin permiso, but I sincerely hope he doesn't
mind. ^_^

On a more fanficcy note...any one care to tell me their opinions,
privately, about how fine the line is b/w anime-based orig fanfiction
and just plain ole' fiction?  It most definitely concerns me.
