      Kyoko IIRC never EVER called Yusaku 'Yusaku-kun'. It was always Godai-san, even really late in
the anime. Now if she were to call Godai 'Yusaku-kun' it would mean things that aren't readily
apparent to us American types. Godai, for one would be doing a dance in the streets.
    Godai, OTOH, does at one point call Kyoko, Kyoko-san, but it's much much later than where you'd
have the timeframe of this story being. He usually calls her Kanrinrin-san, or magager. Again, him
calling her anything else at this point would get funny looks from just about everyone.
