Some belated thoughts:
I think less stories have a Might=Right element than you think.
It's not that they equal each other, but that both are needed for
Good to emerge victorious.
One of the things people like is when "Right" has enough "Might"
to get the job done! That's why we like "Champions of Justice"
and whatnot, as opposed to "Ordinary Boring Losers of Justice."
A "Good Guy" who's too weak to win is just another useless wimp
when you're in trouble and needing a champion. Actually, many
stories are full of "Ordinary Boring Losers of Justice."
They're called "Victims," and "Innocent Bystanders."
So just keep the "Champion" part seperate in your mind from the
"of Justice" part. Might is what makes a character a champion.
Right is what makes them just.
Might without Right is a villain.
Right without Might is helpless.
A good Hero must have both.
