Second, that child is no mere mortal right? If he was, Bell would have no
trouble tracking his parents down with Heaven's resources, instead of having
to raise him all the way.

Now when did they make him a god? Think about it. Your story is set sometime
in early 2010s right? Is it possible for him to be trained to such a level
so quickly? Personally, I'd put him at second class limited.
