The Unryuu Constituancy

Ryouga looked around the huge mansion and couldn't believe what he saw. It
was the largest house he had ever been inside and he stared in awe at the
opulence of it. He looked back at Akari who was standing back and smiling
brightly at him.
"Akari I never knew that you were so rich," he said while continuing to look
at his surroundings.
"Well, we try our best, but we never really make any money from our sumo
pigs. Most of the money comes from the government," she said.
Ryouga scratched his head and said,"But why would the government give you
all this money?"
She smiled at him and said,"Why Ryouga haven't you ever heard of a pork
barrel?"

Ryouga Hibiki swore that he would kill Ranma Saotome. He has failed to
fufill that promise. Vegeta has killed millions of innocent people. Ryouga
Hibiki has shown a modicum of compassion for the people he loves. Vegeta
treats the people he loves like garbage.
