If anyone personally uses a particular mail program, browser, or ISP that
has any limitations regarding any of teh following, please email me
privately.

limitations:
max file size that can be sent
max file size that can be received
can attachments be sent?
can attachments be received?
   (ignore the question of file formats such as doc, rtf, wtf, etc)
are outward emails beyond a certain size forced into an attachment format?

what I need to know:
exact details of limitation
what is causing the limitation, whether ISP or mailer
what ISP and mailer is being used.

I will then summarise the answers for the benefit of all. I personally feel
that fewer people are using 'limited' mailers than we are led to believe.
