While I have no problem with the idea of Nabiki being able to fight, having
her physically attack someone simply to force them to pay their debts
cheapens her character, I think. This Nabiki doesn't have any *style*.
She's simply another bully or thug. 

I also find it hard to believe that Nabiki would be able to get away with
this in the same school as Akane and Kuno, unless you're suggesting that
she's a better fighter than either of them. I can hardly seeing either of
those two letting her get away with this, for entirely different reasons.
