Here is a very short prelude to Secret of the Nekoken chapter one.  I
promised everyone that first that this would be a one shot fic but
after the huge amount of email that was sent my way swayed me to write
some more.  It did help that one of them was my little brother, LOL.

Long

     Within a latern lit cavern, away from any prying eyes, Three
females and two males were standing within a pentagram.  They were
arranged in such a way that one of them were placed on each of the
five points, equal distance from the center.  Each were chanting
various phrases that have not been heard by any, save those in the
room.  The faces of those chanters were hidden behind hoods which
matched their robes.  For five people, chanting five different ancient
languages, there were five different distinct robes, each a different
color.  They ranged from black of night to the raging enferno of the
sun.  

     In the center of the man-made circle, a baby sat.  His eyes
betrayed the innocences of his looks.  Within the two orbs, wisdom
which dated back close to a millennium were clearly visable to those
who knew what to look for.  Outside of the circle was a lady.  what
was notisablely different was that she herself was not wearing a robe,
but armor.  At her side was a sword and on her back were a pair of
wings.  Her name was Kima and she was awaiting the revival of her
lord, Saffron, his return to power.
