Glad you asked.  Yes there is an archive--actually a couple.  The FFML page
maintainer, Yoo C. Chung, keeps a month's worth, and there is another archive
(I dunno how complete it is), that should have at least a year's worth.

There used to be a 'fic remailer, but I dunno what happened to it.
