No, I just didn't have time to read it until recently. The formatting
was fine, and I liked the fic. The only problem with it is that at this
point I can't possibly see how the Happosai in the story can be the

same

one we know. You're going to have to do a lot of work to show us how
this basically decent guy became a panty-stealing pervert. (And I hope
it isn't something cheesy like a personality-altering spell. :)

Well, in HT 2, he's learned that he needs to steal panties to power his
chi-blasts and abilities.  Also, there is the full twentieth century to
go.  I promise no personality altering spell.
