Her good eye rolled back in her head, and Tragus could only tell
that she was still alive by the awful liquid sound of her breathing.  He
stood up, holding his stained hands away from his body, looking with
disgust and dismay upon the ruined remains of what had been a
beautiful and powerful Aerkinma lady only the previous day.
    "So much for our partnership," he grumbled.  "Now what the
hell am I supposed to do?"

FINALLY!!! The heros actually have something to go by. Up until now, the
villains have been more or less in control. This episode changes the rules.

I was beginning to wonder if the heros would ever become aware of what's
going on.

Of course, this is just Ryouga and Reiko. Neither trust anyone or each other.

Kunou and Nabiki aren't talking either. Looks like the good guys aren't out
of the woods yet.

Perhaps, in their bid to hide their secrets, they'll fail and Nerima will
fall into the dark ages, ruled by demons.

The sequel to that would be interesting... I think. 
Of course, survivors are necessary for a sequel. Sounds almost
Terminator-ish. 

Anyway, I'm glad to see some progress for the heros. Seeing the villains
always coming out ahead was getting annoying. Necessary but annoying.
