I admit I have considered the idea of giving Ranma a real
serious power up,  one that only worked when he is a girl or
female anyway. Here are a few of the Ideas I considered

Subject: [Spamfic] Project Ryouga

    "Everytime Ryouga gets a girl curse, he turns into a blond."

    "Yes, but which blond?"

Ranma: (In cursed form, running at 100 km/hr)  "Ryouga, looks like I'm
    gonna have to take the shortcut again today."

Ryouga: (In his cursed form, holding on to Ranma's hand)  "This is all
    your fault Ranma!"

Ranma: "Yeah, but if you had to find your own way to school it'd take
    you weeks."

Ryouga: "Why do we have to go to school in our cursed forms anyway?"

Ranma: (Hoping over rooftops) "Well, it's a girl's school isn't it?  At
    least we didn't pick up animal curses."

Ryouga: "That's easy for you to say.  At least your cursed form's got
    superpowers, mine's just cute.  I'd rather be an animal than be
    cute."

Ranma: "Gee Ryouga, I don't know, some animals are pretty cute."  (Slams
    to a stop, as somebody is blocking the school gate.)  "Biko?"

Biko: "Ranko, Ryouko, hah!  At last I remember, you're Eiko and Shiko
    from Kindergarten.  How could I have forgotten?  You two haven't
    changed a bit!"

Ranma: "Gee Biko, I don't know what you're talking about."

Biko: "Now Eiko, we'll finish this and have our duel you ran away from ten
    years ago, and Shiko will be mine!"

Ranma: "Oh come on Biko, Ryoug-- Ryouko isn't a prize, he-- she's a
    person."

Biko: "Silence!  We'll have that duel now."  (Motions for Ine to come
    forwards in a battlesuit.)

Ranma: "This is a duel?"

Biko: "If I say so, this is the way it'll be!"

Ranma: (Easily pounds the battlesuit into scrap, using anything goes
    supergirl martial arts, then turns to Biko.)  "Say Biko, you know,
    you're kinda cute when you're all flustered like that."

Biko: "Wha---  You, you pervert Eiko!"

Ryouga: "I could have taken that battlesuit easy."

Ranma: "Yeah, right."

Also for your consideration, Spring of Drowned Princess
Serenity, or who is that girl and why does she look like
Usagi so much.

Subject: [Spamfic] Serenity 1/2

A thousand years ago a kingdom fell and its princess fell from the moon
into a cursed spring.

"What did I turn into?"  Young Ranma Saotome turned to the guide.

"Is very strange.  Nothing ever happen to anyone who fall in that spring."
The guide was wrong.

"Hah pops, you turn into a panda but I got off lucky!"  Ranma was also
wrong.

"Hey you kids,"  Ranma jumped from the fence he had been running on, "what
are you doing with that--- CAT!?!"

"Geez, he's weird."  The first little boy backed away from Ranma.

"Yeah."  His friend agreed as they ran away.

"What's the matter Ranma?"  Akane Tendo walked up to him.

Luna pawed away her bandaid and leapt onto the fence.  She felt very
strange vibrations here.

"A talking CAT?!?"  Ranma backed into the corner of his room.

"Didn't you hear me?"  Luna demanded as she walked towards him.  "Your
friend Hiroshi is in very big trouble and you have to save him!"

Ranma's mind couldn't handle the concept of a talking cat and so it
retreated deep within itself.  Normally the nekoken would take over at
this point, but now another personality asserted itself.

Ranma's features flowed away as his red silk outfit flowed into the gown
of the princess who now wore it.

"Luna!"  Princess Serenity held out her arms to pick up her dear friend.

"Your highness?"  Luna studied the face of the princess.  There could be
no doubt.

"What happened Luna?  The last thing I remember is the attack by Queen
Beryl...  I died, didn't I?"

"Yes, but no time to explain now.  The Dark Kingdom is on the move again
and we have to stop them!"

"Have you summoned the senshi, Luna?"

"Uh, I don't know where they are at the moment."

"Very well, we shall make the attempt, please fetch the Imperial
Crystal...  Wait, didn't mother use that against the seven shadows?"

"I sorry your highness, but I don't know where it is."

"What are we to do Luna?"

"I do have one item that might help.  Remember that transformation prism
you got when you where six?"
