As I have said before, this has the potential to be a good, probably
dark fic (for the girls' own safety they had better not think Kerrigan
is another fiancee) which screams for someone of Biles' caliber to
actually _write_ it. Before we get to that point, though, there are
some points I wish to (re)iterate.

Funny idea just struck me: why don't we all write a part of this
x-over? No, wait, listen to me! Take any one or two characters, and have
them interact with the SC boys. In the end all of it should mean
something, something.... naw, forget it.

First: we have to make clear where in the Starcraft ['SC' hereafter]
timeline we are drawing things from - is this classic SC or are the
events in the Brood War expansion going to play a factor? Why

I doubt it'll be Brood War timeline, as the story isn't finished yet.

is this important? For one thing, we wouldn't want to piss off a Dark
Archon, now would we? Imagine what its Feedback ability could to to
Ranma or Ryoga... and I won't even go into their mind-control

Sounds like a plan to me :)

powers. Second: psi and chi are two entirely different things; quite
aside from that, it is to be noted that the Protoss' energy shields were
designed to stand up to stuff a lot more powerful than anything the
Nerima bunch can produce (once again, whoever thought that a Mouko
Takashiba could put a Probe out of commission is, in my personal
opinion, using a cheap copout).

The distinction of psi and chi needs to be made before jumping any
further into the story; psi comes from within, and chi comes from about,
to put it simply. One 'draws in' chi energy while one 'draws upon' psi.

And leave us not forget that the Zerg combat breeds have reaction
times as fast as, if not faster than, those of Ranma and co. In other

Just the zerglings. They're super-fast, but Ranma's probably faster
still, as perhaps some of the other fast Nerimans-- Mousse, Ukyo, and
Kuno (both guys have an incredible attack speed, while Ukyo is very hard
to hit at all). The other zerg are humanly-slow, as they're nowhere near
as fast as a marine's gatling cannon.

words, this is no cakewalk: they might be able to repulse a _small_
Zerg force, but it's going to cost them. They'd better hope they
never encoutner a Defiler, either.

Yes, as was mentioned before, the war should cost them dearly. In
fact, I wouldn't mind if any of them died or suffered worse fates (read:
infestation) if it were written well or served a purpose.
Although I see interesting story possibilities when one of the
Nerimites suffers from the Defiler plague for quite a while, taking
him/her out of action for a while until some means can be found to help
him/her (which is a story in itself).

One other thing: any ability possessed by the Nerima crew that
entails pulling objects from nowhere would be negated in the presence
of an Arbiter. I don't need to elaborate on that, now do I?

Pulling objects out of nowhere ain't an attack, it's a gag, and a gag
which might not be appropriate for such a 'dark' story.

"Do you wish to learn the secrets of time travel? Heh, I thought so....
Here's your first lesson!!"

With that out of the way, I believe we can proceed directly to the
conceptualizations.

  You got it, boss. :)
